Sorry to hear that your product has a defect. You can come to us for repairs as well. In order to submit a repair request, please fill in the form digitally and click on the button Submit. The request will then be sent to us and a copy will be sent to you.  Please print out your copy and send it to Kendor Products with your product. In advance, Kendor Products will send you information and an estimate. Your product is in good hands with Kendor Products! When carrying out a battery change, the following will always be done: cleaning of the clockwork, replacement of the packing rings and a complete waterproof test. For every repair, you will always receive a (1) year warranty from Kendor Products.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The term expires 14 days after physical receipt of you or a third party, nominated by you, which is not the transport company. In order to exercise your right to withdraw, you need to inform us about your intention to withdraw in no uncertain terms (in writing, by post or email). You may use a provided withdrawal template (pdf) for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. It is important that you let us know of your intention before the term expires. If you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive all payments made until that date, including costs of delivery (except those that were specifically requested by you and go above the cheapest mode of transport offered by us) back from us as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after receipt of notification of withdrawal. If you return only part of your order, we will not refund delivery costs. We will pay you back using the same mode of payment you have used when ordering the goods, unless requested otherwise. In any case, there will be no costs arising to you from the refund. We may wait for the arrival of the returned goods, before we refund, or we receive proof of the goods being on their way back to us, whichever is sooner. You have to dispatch the goods as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the purchase. If you dispatch them within the 14 day period, then you are on time. The direct costs for sending the goods back to us, are incurred by you. You are only liable for value reduction, if the use of the goods went further than the mere determination of the type, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
